Together, Stronger with Acclaim Health

“Burlington Foundation’s Pandemic Response Fund grant gave our Acclaim Health “club members” opportunities to stay connected and engaged during the pandemic. 65 of our Burlington Adult Day Program clients received weekly porch drop activity packages tailored to their interests. They keep our clients with dementia happy and give our caregivers a much needed break. One caregiver shares what it means for her mum: We would like to express our gratitude for your continuing support of my mum Marilyn. We sincerely appreciate the check in calls and excellent varied packages of activities and suggestions from “the club”! She likes the colouring pages and puzzles.”
