Since 1999 we have granted over $6.4 million to address pressing needs in our community as well as the passions of our donors and fundholders. Grants are made through our Burlington Community Fund Granting Program which holds an annual call for grants, or through the wishes of our donors and fundholders.
Community Services Recovery Fund
The Community Services Recovery Fund (CSRF) is a $400 million investment from the Government of Canada to support charities and non-profits as they focus on how to adapt their organizations for pandemic recovery.

It is thanks to the generosity of our corporate partners, donors and fundholders that Burlington Foundation is able to invest in the future of our community, by making grants to local charitable organizations each year.
Community Granting Program
Burlington Foundation grants to a wide range of charitable organizations. Grants are made in two basic ways: through the wishes of our fundholders, and through our Burlington Community Fund Granting Program.
Each year we ask organizations to apply to our Burlington Community Fund Call for Grants. Our annual granting program addresses the highest priority needs, as outlined in our Vital Signs reports, as well as several field of interest focus areas.
