Online using the donation form below powered by CanadaHelps. Use the drop-down menu to select which fund you wish to direct your donation. CanadaHelps issues tax receipts on behalf of Burlington Community Foundation*. CanadaHelps charges a 3.5 % transaction fee on each donation. This amount is deducted before the donation is sent to the Burlington Foundation. The net amount is gifted to the endowment fund.
By Mail
Mail your donation to Burlington Foundation, 5045 South Service Road, Suite 102, Burlington, ON, L7L 5Y7. Please indicate on the memo which fund you wish to support. Please make all cheques payable to Burlington Community Foundation.

- Burlington Community Fund – gifts to the community fund help Burlington Foundation address pressing needs in the community through our Community Fund Granting Program
- Burlington Community Foundation Impact Fund –gifts to this fund support our operations so we can continue our mission
- Existing funds – donate to one of the existing funds held at Burlington Foundation
