This fund was created to provide a way by which Joyce Cooper can have a positive impact in the lives of others in Burlington Community.

The Burlington and surrounding communities
Who Benefits from this Fund:
The purpose of the Fund shall be to support areas of need as defined by the donor’s interest including, but not limited to, post-secondary scholarships, animal protection, mental health, environment, and green space and as are appropriate for the Foundation to support.
