McDonald’s Restaurants of Burlington Fund
Why this Fund was created
Ralph and Susan Sgro have been long-time residents of Burlington and created a legacy of community involvement. Through the growth of nine McDonald’s restaurants in the city of Burlington and Waterdown, thousands of youth have started their employment careers. Many have stayed with McDonald’s in successful careers or used their McDonald’s experience as a solid foundation for their chosen career paths.
Ralph and Susan stand by their commitment to respect and recognize people, to support their personal growth and education, to instill leadership and dedication, and to provide them with the best working environment possible.
As a result of their success, Ralph and Susan have created the McDonald’s Restaurants of Burlington Fund as a vehicle to support non-profit agencies and organizations in local and surrounding communities.
