Tim Hogarth, President & CEO, The Pioneer Group Inc., was appointed the Honorary Colonel of The Royal Hamilton Light Infantry regiment in 2012. He has been awarded numerous accolades including the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal and was inducted into the Order of St. George (Canada & Americas).  Tim is a founding partner of the Charter for Business Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Programme, former Vice-Chair Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation and serves on various other charities and boards. Tim was educated at the Harvard Graduate School of Business and Bishops University.

Tim’s involvement with the Burlington Foundation is an extension of the Hogarth family’s legacy. His father Murray’s first gift started Burlington Foundation and he was also the first Board Chair. Tim served as Chair of the Foundation from 2018 to 2020, having previously served as Vice-Chair for the 2017-18 year. As of June 2020, Tim serves as Past Chair, board member, and member of the Foundation Investment Committee.
