Osob Adus brings 18 years of corporate experience and 12 years of not-for-profit experience in community service to her role as Director, Grants & Community Engagement at Burlington Foundation.

For over 25 years, Osob has called Burlington home and has been committed to building bridges between and amongst diverse communities by promoting collaboration and alliances. Osob is passionate about diversity and inclusion and believes that education and awareness is key for tackling many social challenges.

Since 2016, Osob has been an active Board member of the Halton Islamic Association and is currently Chair of Social Events. She actively volunteers and develops programs for children, youth, and seniors in her community.

In 2017, Osob was honoured to be named Citizen of the Year by the City of Burlington.
