The Burlington Community Foundation provides grants to charitable organizations in the local community through our Community Granting Program each fall.
Registered charities that serve Burlington are welcome to apply online and share how their initiatives, programming, and goals meet the needs of community members and align with the Vital Indicators shared in our Vital Signs reporting.
Our Community Granting Program generally opens in mid-September and there are several weeks allotted for charities to submit their applications. Following review by our BCF Adjudication Committee of community members and BCF staff, successful applicants are notified in November. The next Community Granting Program opens Sept. 22, 2025 and will close Oct. 15, 2025.
