Colleen Mulholland

Colleen brings over 26 years of leadership and management experience to her role as President and CEO of Burlington Community Foundation. Since joining the organization in November of 2011, Colleen has played a lead role establishing a new board governance model, overhauled the marketing communications program, launched several new initiatives, and has added new assets of over $1,000,000 to the BCF endowment. Prior to joining BCF, Colleen held national senior leadership positions of Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Vice President, Marketing and Communications at the Canadian Diabetes Association, and senior executive positions with both the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and the Ontario Centres of Excellence. As a 22 year resident of Burlington, Colleen is passionate about building a sustainable and healthy future for our community.

Sandra Baker

Sandra brings 29 years of experience in fundraising, marketing and communications to Burlington Community Foundation. Prior to joining the BCF team, she was Director, Development & Marketing at the Burlington Art Centre and was Coordinator of the Burlington Performing Arts Centre Capital Campaign. Sandra has held senior management positions with a number of arts organizations including Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet and the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony. Sandra also held a national senior marketing position at TNT Express Worldwide. A six-year Burlington resident, Sandra is committed to growing a stronger and more vital Burlington through philanthropic leadership and community engagement.

Laura Pizzacalla

Laura has an honours bachelor’s degree in Commerce from McMaster University. After graduating she held the position of marketing coordinator at ISA – Intelligent Sensing Anywhere, in Portugal. She now brings her knowledge and experience to her role as Community Engagement and Volunteer Coordinator at the Burlington Community Foundation.
